Oxly Child Safety

 Oxly is committed to protecting the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of children. We take the prevention of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and harmful content involving minors extremely seriously. This Child Safety Policy applies to all services provided by Oxly, including user-generated content, live streaming, text, images, video, audio, profiles, chat, and interactions.

1. Age Eligibility

  • Oxly strictly prohibits access to or use of the app by anyone under 18 years old.

  • If we have any reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we will take immediate action, including permanent suspension of the account without prior notice.

2. Definitions

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any behavior that harms or exploits a minor for sexual purposes. This includes:

  • Grooming: Building trust with a minor for manipulation toward sexual activity.

  • Sextortion: Coercing a minor to produce or share sexual content.

  • Sexualization of minors: Encouraging, normalizing, or facilitating sexual acts or explicit content involving minors.

  • Trafficking or exploitation: Recruiting or arranging sexual activity involving minors.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is any content that depicts a minor in sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses intended to arouse, or material documenting the abuse of a minor.

3. Prohibited Child Safety Content

Oxly strictly prohibits:

  • Any depiction of minors in sexual activities or poses.

  • Content that sexualizes or exploits minors.

  • Messages or media that encourage minors to produce or share explicit material.

  • Grooming or predatory behavior targeting minors.

4. Detection and Moderation

Oxly uses a combination of automated systems and trained human reviewers to:

  • Identify and flag content that may constitute CSAE/CSAM.

  • Review reports of suspected violations.

  • Remove content that violates child safety rules.

We commit to swift removal of any CSAE/CSAM content and to enforce actions against users who create or share such content.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage users to report any suspected CSAE, CSAM, or attempts to involve minors in harmful behavior:

a. In-App Reporting

  • Users can report content or accounts directly through the Report feature wherever offending content or behavior is found.

  • Provide relevant details and evidence (e.g., screenshots, links).

b. Email Reporting

  • Reports may also be sent to Oxly’s Child Safety Team at:

Include a description of the incident, relevant links or IDs, and any available supporting evidence.

c. External Reporting

Where appropriate, we advise reporting to legal authorities and recognized child protection organizations in your jurisdiction.

6. Response and Enforcement

When Oxly confirms a violation:

  • The offending content will be removed immediately.

  • The user’s account may be suspended or permanently banned.

  • Information may be shared with relevant law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable law.

We may also block the device used for repeated or severe violations if permitted by law.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Oxly will cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies to:

  • Provide information necessary for investigations.

  • Support prosecution of unlawful behavior.

  • Comply with applicable reporting requirements under laws such as the U.S. REPORT Act and others where relevant.

8. Education and Awareness

Oxly promotes digital safety and awareness by:

  • Informing users about the importance of protecting minors.

  • Encouraging safe usage practices.

  • Providing guidance on recognizing and reporting inappropriate behavior.

9. Policy Updates

This Child Safety Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Continued use of Oxly constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
