Oxly Child Safety

 Oxly is committed to protecting the safety, dignity, and wellbeing of children. We take the prevention of child sexual abuse, exploitation, and harmful content involving minors extremely seriously. This Child Safety Policy applies to all services provided by Oxly, including user-generated content, live streaming, text, images, video, audio, profiles, chat, and interactions.

1. Age Eligibility

  • Oxly strictly prohibits access to or use of the app by anyone under 18 years old.

  • If we have any reason to believe an account belongs to a minor, we will take immediate action, including permanent suspension of the account without prior notice.

2. Definitions

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to any behavior that harms or exploits a minor for sexual purposes. This includes:

  • Grooming: Building trust with a minor for manipulation toward sexual activity.

  • Sextortion: Coercing a minor to produce or share sexual content.

  • Sexualization of minors: Encouraging, normalizing, or facilitating sexual acts or explicit content involving minors.

  • Trafficking or exploitation: Recruiting or arranging sexual activity involving minors.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is any content that depicts a minor in sexual acts, sexually suggestive poses intended to arouse, or material documenting the abuse of a minor.

3. Prohibited Child Safety Content

Oxly strictly prohibits:

  • Any depiction of minors in sexual activities or poses.

  • Content that sexualizes or exploits minors.

  • Messages or media that encourage minors to produce or share explicit material.

  • Grooming or predatory behavior targeting minors.

4. Detection and Moderation

Oxly uses a combination of automated systems and trained human reviewers to:

  • Identify and flag content that may constitute CSAE/CSAM.

  • Review reports of suspected violations.

  • Remove content that violates child safety rules.

We commit to swift removal of any CSAE/CSAM content and to enforce actions against users who create or share such content.

5. Reporting Mechanisms

We encourage users to report any suspected CSAE, CSAM, or attempts to involve minors in harmful behavior:

a. In-App Reporting

  • Users can report content or accounts directly through the Report feature wherever offending content or behavior is found.

  • Provide relevant details and evidence (e.g., screenshots, links).

b. Email Reporting

Include a description of the incident, relevant links or IDs, and any available supporting evidence.

c. External Reporting

Where appropriate, we advise reporting to legal authorities and recognized child protection organizations in your jurisdiction.

6. Response and Enforcement

When Oxly confirms a violation:

  • The offending content will be removed immediately.

  • The user’s account may be suspended or permanently banned.

  • Information may be shared with relevant law enforcement agencies in compliance with applicable law.

We may also block the device used for repeated or severe violations if permitted by law.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

Oxly will cooperate with law enforcement and child protection agencies to:

  • Provide information necessary for investigations.

  • Support prosecution of unlawful behavior.

  • Comply with applicable reporting requirements under laws such as the U.S. REPORT Act and others where relevant.

8. Education and Awareness

Oxly promotes digital safety and awareness by:

  • Informing users about the importance of protecting minors.

  • Encouraging safe usage practices.

  • Providing guidance on recognizing and reporting inappropriate behavior.

9. Policy Updates

This Child Safety Policy may be updated periodically to reflect legal requirements, industry standards, and best practices. Continued use of Oxly constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

1 - Introduction

Welcome to Oxly. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oxly mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Oxly, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2 - User Eligibility

By using Oxly, you agree to comply with the following eligibility requirements and applicable laws. Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action.

2.1- Age requirement

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Oxly.
  • By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 - Legal Compliance

You must comply with all local, national, and international laws when using Oxly.

You are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

  • Violating intellectual property laws (copyright, trademarks, patents).
  • Sharing or distributing illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
  • Engaging in hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Uploading or distributing malware, hacking tools, or harmful software. Violating data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes.

2.3 - Restricted & Prohibited Users

  • You are banned from using online services under applicable laws.
  • You are listed on any government-sanctioned or restricted persons list (e.g., OFAC, EU sanctions, UN sanctions).
  • You are located in a country or region where our services are restricted by law.

2.4- Account Verification & Security

  • If we suspect fraud, misuse, or violations of these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without notice.
  • You are responsible for securing your account and must not share your login credentials with others.

2.5- Consequences of Violating Eligibility Requirements

If you violate these eligibility terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Immediate account suspension or termination.
  • Removal of uploaded content. Legal action, including reporting violations to law enforcement.
  • Permanent ban from using Oxly.

3 - User Accounts

  • You must create an account to use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You must not share your login details or allow others to use your account.

4 - User Generated Content

4.1- Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

4.2 - Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, store, or share. While Oxly does not pre-screen all user-generated content, we use a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content, respond to reports, and enforce our policies in accordance with applicable law.

4.3- Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share:

  • Illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.
  • Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material.
  • Hate speech, harassment, or violent content.
  • Malware, viruses, or any harmful software.

5 - Platform Information

By using the platform, you accept full responsibility for any content you upload and share at your own risk.

This App is a user generated content platform, meaning users are solely responsible for the content they upload, store, and share. While Oxly does not create user-generated content, we take reasonable steps to moderate content, respond to reports, and enforce our policies in accordance with applicable law., and users share content at their own risk. The minimum age requirement to use this App is 18 years old.

6 - Content Removal & Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
  • We may also take legal action if necessary.
  • Users can delete their accounts at any time, but some data may be retained for legal or security reasons.

7 - Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal purposes.
  • Interfere with the app's security or functionality.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform.
  • Misuse or share another user's private data without consent.

8 - Limitation of Liability

  • Oxly is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oxly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including user-generated content, technical interruptions, or data loss. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

9 - Third-Party Services

9.1 - Integration with Third-Party Services

Oxly may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, tools, and platforms (e.g.,analytics services, cloud hosting, media libraries). These third-party services operate independently and have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and data protection practices.

9.2 - External Links & Advertisements

Oxly may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, or embedded content. We do not endorse, monitor, or assume liability for these external services. Users should exercise caution and review the respective terms and policies before engaging.

9.3 - Changes to Third-Party Integrations

We may modify, add, or remove third-party integrations at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Oxly after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10 - In-App Purchases

  • Our App may offer paid features, content, or subscriptions through Google Play Billing.
  • All payments are processed securely by Google; we do not collect or store your payment details.
  • Subscriptions (if applicable): Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account under Payments & Subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play’s official refund policy: Google Play Refund Policy
  • Upon successful purchase, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable license to access the purchased features or content within the App.


11. Rights You Give Oxly

By creating an account on Oxly and by uploading, posting, streaming, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content through the application (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, live streams, messages, profile information, and interactions) (collectively, “User Content”), you grant Oxly, its affiliates, service providers, and partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
  • host, store, cache, use, copy, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, modify, adapt, edit, translate, and create derivative works from your User Content;

  • use your username, profile image, voice, likeness, and any other identifying elements contained within the User Content;

  • use such User Content solely for the purposes of:

    • operating, maintaining, and improving the Oxly platform;

    • enabling core app functionality, including live interactions;

    • safety, moderation, fraud prevention, and legal compliance;

    • promoting and marketing Oxly and its services (including within the app and on Oxly-controlled channels).

This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to Oxly. You retain ownership of your content, subject to the rights granted herein.

You understand and agree that:

  • Your User Content may be viewed by other users of the platform;

  • Oxly may retain copies of User Content for backup, legal, regulatory, or operational purposes even after you delete content or close your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law;

  • Oxly reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any User Content at its sole discretion if it violates applicable laws, Oxly policies, or community standards.

12. Virtual Items

Oxly may offer digital features such as virtual items, virtual gifts, rewards, or credits that can be earned, received, purchased, or accumulated through participation on the platform (collectively, “Virtual Items”).

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Virtual Items are digital units intended solely for use within the Oxly platform and do not represent real-world currency, stored value, electronic money, or any form of financial instrument.

  • Virtual Items do not constitute a bank account, prepaid balance, or deposit, and any balance or value displayed within the app is for informational purposes only.

  • Ownership of Virtual Items remains limited to a revocable, non-transferable right to use them within Oxly, subject to these Terms.

Subject to Oxly’s internal policies, eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and applicable laws, certain users may be permitted to request the conversion of eligible Virtual Items into monetary payouts through supported payment methods. Such permissions are provided at Oxly’s sole discretion and may vary based on user location, account status, compliance checks, and operational considerations.

Oxly does not guarantee that Virtual Items will be eligible for conversion or withdrawal at any given time. Oxly reserves the right to delay, suspend, deny, reverse, or cancel any transaction or payout request where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security review, legal or regulatory compliance, technical reasons, or violation of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or other Oxly policies.

All transactions involving Virtual Items, including purchases, grants, conversions, and payouts, are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Virtual Items cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or redeemed outside the Oxly platform.

Access to Virtual Items or any related payout functionality may be restricted or terminated if your account is suspended, terminated, under investigation, inactive, or if required information (including identity, tax, or payment details) is incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable.

You are solely responsible for:

  • providing accurate and valid payment information;

  • complying with any applicable tax, reporting, or legal obligations arising from the receipt of payouts;

  • any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

13 - Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically.
  • Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
